Special Feature; Wearable Technology.

On our special feature today, we’ll be reviewing Wearable Technology, Fitbit.

Imagine having a watch that could count your steps, measure your blood pressure, your oxygen level, monitor your sleep, remind you to sit up straight and keep watch of your health and fitness at any time of the day!

In this time and age, I’m telling you, wearable technology is the way to go!

As we said yesterday, this week we’ll look at a couple of wearable tech. And today, we look at, the FitBit.

This activity tracking smartwatch automatically detects which activity you’re doing. This means these trackers will know when you’re cycling, running, hiking or playing sports including football, tennis and basketball.

The Fitbit can also recognize aerobic workouts such as Zumba, cardio-kickboxing and dance workouts. After, it gives you a workout summary.

That’s not all! They track seven days of detailed motion data – minute by minute, and daily totals for past 30 days. They store heart rate data at 1-second intervals during exercise tracking and at 5-second intervals all other times.

Honestly speaking, if I had one of this, I think I’d be like the healthiest person on earth, and especially a time like this when I’m seriously trying to lose weight, gaaaad!

A recent upgrade shows that, during the day, the Fitbit tracks steps, distance, and calories burned. At night, it tracks your sleep quality and wakes you silently in the morning.

Make fitness a lifestyle, that’s all I can tell you right now.
